"…while most people would consider moving house a hard task, Roddy and his two naughty cats, keep moving on. Each time he learns from his experiences. Last year was his tenth year in Hong Kong and his fifth new apartment. Roddy says that each home has offered different possibilities for the interior design and has sparked his imagination. The building has large, sun filled windows which makes this a bright 2000 sq ft space. Its seaside location on the west coast is serene and private and the tree lined road gives one the impression of being in the country.
 
Surprisingly, this calm haven is just 15 minutes drive from busy downtown Hong Kong. Panoramic seascapes and distant views of rural village life make this a very special place. The amazing views were the starting point for the interior design. Roddy took down the external walls to enlarge the windows. All the windows to the front of the apartment now extend from floor to ceiling to maximize the views and bring as much light as possible into the interior. The space behind is organized to take advantage of this and there are views from every point in the house, from the lounge..."
